TVA Volleyball Tournament – Fundraiser
The Brownsville group hosting an area Volleyball Tournament on Saturday, June 2, 2007. The event was held at a Sonic restaraunt in Brownsville, TX. There were two teams from the Mcallen group and one team from the Brownsville group. The results of the tournament were, 1st place: The old timers from Mcallen, 2nd place: Brownsville group, and 3rd place: the serenity group from Mcallen. It was fun time for all us except for those who had some minor injuries. Overall, we raised some money for the area and the most important thing is that we fellowship and we showed the newcomers that we can have fun being clean and sober.
